Delete your account and data
BonShare (publisher: Gaia) offers two ways to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the BonShare app.
- Open the Settings tab (bottom right).
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the request in the dialog.
Your account is permanently deleted immediately after confirmation. You do not need to fill in a form or contact us.
Option 2 — By email
No longer have access to the app? Send a deletion request to privacy@bonshare.nl from the email address linked to your account. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
What data is deleted

| Anonymised diagnostic and usage statistics — Azure Application Insights | Retained up to 90 days per platform default; no longer linkable to you after deletion |
What we temporarily retain
We keep an anonymised deletion record (containing no personal data) in our audit log for up to 12 months, so that we can demonstrate in the event of a dispute or regulatory inquiry that the request was carried out. This record contains no identifiable user data.
